As a Media Artwork & Motion Designer, you will create and manage high-quality visual content across our indoor and outdoor advertising portfolio. This role combines media artwork production with motion graphics, 3D design, video editing, and digital content creation to support a wide range of projects across the business.
You will be responsible for delivering creative assets that are visually engaging, technically accurate, and production-ready while embracing new technologies and AI-powered tools to improve creative workflows.

Job Scope
Key Responsibilities
- Own the creation, adaptation, resizing, management, and delivery of static, animated, and digital media artwork across a variety of advertising formats.
- Resize and adapt artwork across multiple formats, dimensions, and media specifications while maintaining design consistency and visual quality.
- Prepare production-ready artwork, ensuring all deliverables meet technical specifications and quality standards.
- Develop high-quality animated mockups to visualize advertising concepts and campaigns.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and video content using Adobe After Effects for digital, marketing, and social media channels.
- Design and develop 3D media assets and visualizations using Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D software.
- Edit and enhance photography and visual assets.
- Contribute to a variety of creative projects across the business, marketing, business development initiatives, and branding.
- Leverage AI-powered creative tools and automation to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance creative output.
- Stay up to date with emerging design trends, technologies, and creative best practices.
Required Technical Skills
- A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in motion design, media artwork, 3D design, and digital content creation.
- Experience with macOS is preferred.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with Adobe After Effects being essential for this role. Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are required.
- Experience with 3D software is essential, preferably Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar applications.
- Experience creating 3D media assets, hologram content, motion graphics, and animated media.
- Proficiency with AI-powered creative tools such as Claude Design, Higgsfield, and AI-assisted After Effects workflows.
- Strong video editing skills for social media and digital marketing.
- Experience creating mockups, proposal decks, and professional presentations.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
